At DMZ Paintball & Airsoft, we stand by our gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging to ensure you are fully satisfied with your tactical equipment. Please note that for safety and legal reasons, certain items like air tanks and pyrotechnics may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand new, unused condition with all original tags and tactical packaging intact.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your gear securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
